Instructional coaches play a pivotal role in bringing innovations to the classroom.  In order to be effective coaches must collaborate with and support their schools and districts to build a culture of trust and understand the needs of the teachers with whom they work. During this hands-on session we will look at the recipe for coaching success and kick it up a notch as we put our coaching skills to the test.
